2. Nature of Artistry & Authorship
NeuraLuxe Creations operates at the intersection of human creativity and artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• Our works are created through a hybrid process involving proprietary neural synthesis and significant manual digital artistry.

• NeuraLuxe Creations asserts creative authorship over the final aesthetic composition of all delivered works.

• While AI tools are used, every final product is curated, edited, and refined by human artisans to meet our luxury standards.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the patron is granted a Personal Use License for the purchased artwork.

• Permitted Use: Display in private residences, social media profiles (with credit), and personal digital galleries.

• Prohibited Use: You may not resell the digital file, use the artwork for commercial branding (unless a Commercial License is purchased), or utilize the artwork to train machine-learning models.

• NFTs: The minting of any NeuraLuxe Creations artwork as an NFT or on any blockchain-based platform is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

4. Commission & Refinement Process
For bespoke portraits:

• The client must provide high-quality reference materials as requested.

• Our process includes a set number of "Refinement Phases" as outlined in your specific package.

• Once a final design is approved and the high-resolution file is delivered, no further changes will be made.

5. No-Refund Policy
Due to the computationally intensive and bespoke nature of digital art:

• All sales are final once the rendering process has commenced.

• Refunds will not be issued for "change of mind" after work has begun.

• In the event of a technical error on our part, we will provide a corrected file or a credit toward a future creation.

6. Ethical AI Commitment
NeuraLuxe Creations is committed to ethical digital practices. We do not knowingly generate likenesses of protected public figures, copyrighted characters, or imagery that violates the dignity of any individual. We reserve the right to refuse any commission that conflicts with our brand ethics.

7. Limitation of Liability
NeuraLuxe Creations shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital files or physical prints. We provide the art "as is" and make no guarantees regarding future copyright law changes surrounding AI-generated content.
